The Pilot Series iPad Cooling Case can be powered by AA batteries and Micro-USB power. Micro USB opens the possibility to run your Pilot Series iPad Cooling case from plug-in power or from a high-capacity USB power bank.

The iPad mini case takes 4-AA batteries, and the regular-size cases take 8-AA batteries.

Note: the Pilot Series iPad Cooling Case can not charge your iPad. For that functionality, consider the FlexGrip Series.
