If you wish to exchange a product due to manufacturer defect please contact us at info@xnaut.com. Please provide order# and reason for exchange.

If you purchased from a retailer (Amazon, Sportys, etc.) you must contact them first, they may have different return policies. 

If your returning or exchanging due to a manufacturer defect you can contact us at info@xnaut.com. Please include a copy of retailers receipt and the reason for returning or exchanging your product. 

Our policy is a 30-day money back guarantee + one-year manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects only.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in. All returns can be processed through Returnly. (x-naut.returnly.com/)

We can either ask for the customers email address and enter it for them at x-naut.returnly.com or we can direct them to go to x-naut.returnly.com and they can enter the email address they used when they made their purchase. After they enter their email they will receive a link in their inbox to start the return process.
